WIP X DE GUDDE WËLLEN
Inspired by the Parisian Work In Progress evenings, the concept behind Word in Progress (WIP) is simple and original: to create a genuine exchange between the audience and the writer while offering a glimpse of a work in the making. Invited authors read, for ten minutes, an unpublished text that is still in the process of being written.
Afterwards, it’s the audience’s turn to take part: they share their impressions and ask the author about their work in progress, guided by a “writer’s executioner” who helps steer and structure the discussion.
Join us for a special WIP evening on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 8 pm at De Gudde Wëllen. You’ll be able to enjoy a drink while listening to works in progress by Laureena Mardini, Robbie Martzen, and Humphrey Gudgeon . For this occasion, the discussion will be moderated by Frederic Braun.
The evening will continue with a DJ set by Christophe Demart.
