For one day, its rooms become a passageway, a meeting place for those who love wine when it tells a story rather than simply demon­strat­ing its qualities.
UNFINED highlights a selection of estates that work with a freer and more essential approach, letting the fruit, energy and texture speak for themselves. These wines are sometimes rougher, often more vibrant, always expressive, carried by a decisive presence: that of the winemakers. Listening to an intention, under­stand­ing a choice, grasping a detail of a vintage… everything becomes clearer when the wine is described at source.
It is this quality of exchange, this density of narrative and sensation, that gives the event its depth and makes it memorable long after the last glass has been drunk.
