Guitar virtuoso KIKO LOUREIRO will tour in Europe and stop by Rockhal to celebrate his 35 years-long career.

Renowned as the lead guitarist of the legendary band MEGADETH, he won the “Best Metal Performance” Grammy Award for the song “Dystopia” in 2017. He is also co-founder of the acclaimed Brazilian heavy metal band ANGRA, awarded with gold records and several music prizes. With a solid solo career, the guitarist and multi-instrumentalist released 6 instrumental albums that explore his guitar and musical virtuosity. His contributions have become a cornerstone in metal and instrumental music, setting a high bar for guitarists worldwide.

With powerful riffs, intricate solos, and quieter acoustic interludes, KIKO LOUREIRO will perform music from all phases of his solo career as well as from MEGADETH and ANGRA, including highlights from his last album, ‘Theory of Mind’ (released in October 2024), which adds a fresh layer to his sound with explorations in psychology and technology.

Joining him on the Rockhal stage are members of ANGRA: Bruno Valverde (ANGRA, RICHIE KOTZEN, ADRIAN SMITH) on drums, Felipe Andreoli (ANGRA, SONS OF APOLLO) on bass, and Luiz Rodrigues on second guitar.
