The animation team of the youth hostel Lultzhausen in cooperation with Sarah & John Yoga offers a Yoga-SUP workshop at sunrise on Saturday the 27th of August 2021 on the Upper Sûre lake. This 3-hour workshop, in which hatha yoga exercises are performed on the water and more specifically on a stand-up-paddle at sunrise, is aimed at adults with previous knowledge of yoga and/or SUP. Swimming skills are also mandatory. After the workshop, breakfast will be served at the youth hostel. Participants are also welcome to arrive the day before the workshop having booked an overnight stay with dinner at the youth hostel.
