Join one of NDT’s artistic staff members in this dance workshop for all ages, where you will discover new ways of expressing yourself freely using your body.
Through different tasks and movement explorations, you will warm up your body and focus on the connections within your body. Participants will also concentrate on relationships with one another and the space to awaken their senses and their unique individual expression.
Following the workshop you will have the opportunity to watch the company ballet class.
